The form requests contact and project information to support an engineering inquiry. Do not include sensitive personal information. Until a delivery provider is configured, valid submissions receive an explicit unavailable response and are not reported as delivered.
Analytics and attachments
Analytics is disabled by default. File upload storage is not enabled. This build does not provide an attachment-upload workflow.
Before production release
The final privacy notice must identify the operating contact, configured processors, retention period, applicable rights and any required consent controls. This implementation notice is not a finalized production legal policy.
