Auxiliary power and measurement integrity

BMS auxiliary supplies serve monitoring and control functions, but do not replace battery-level protection. Define voltage domains and isolation boundaries alongside the cell-monitoring architecture.

Design priorities

Translate system requirements into a rail inventory, state diagram and fault-response plan. Identify dependencies between loads so that power transitions do not create unintended operating states.
